Reporting a post, a reply or somebody

Every post and every profile has a report action in the app, and it goes to the moderators of that circle. Anything that needs us rather than them — a safety matter, or a circle whose moderators are the problem — goes to the address above and is looked at the same day where we can.

Deleting your account

You screen → settings → delete account, inside the app. It is immediate and it is real: your profile, your memberships, your reactions and your private messages go. Posts and replies stay where they are but stop being yours, because a thread with holes in it is worse for the people still reading it. A circle you own is handed to its longest-serving moderator, or to the longest-serving member if it has none, and is deleted if nobody is left.

Getting your data

Ask at the address above and we will send you everything stored against your account. The privacy policy lists what that is, item by item.

Something is broken

There is a feedback form in the app, on your own profile, which arrives with the version you are running attached — that is the fastest way to get a bug fixed. Email works too.
